IP Cleanliness Guarantee

The number one question every buyer asks: “Are we sure we're not buying someone else's code or problems?”

For Zero Day Bugs, the answer is clear:

IP Cleanliness Checklist

  • 100% original code

No forks, no copy-pasted snippets from StackOverflow or other products.

  • Solo-built

All core logic authored by one person – the Founder.

  • No external contributors

No contractors, no agencies, no shared IP.

  • No VC or investor claims

The lab is self-funded, there is no investor IP.

  • No employment IP conflicts

Engines developed outside of any employment contract.

  • Full git history

Available for your technical and legal audit.

Acquisition Timeline

A typical acquisition or exclusive license deal can be structured along a clear, 6–8 week track:

1
Week 1-2

NDA & Technical Deep Dive

  • Mutual NDA
  • High-level architecture walkthrough
  • Live demos of the engines
2
Week 3-4

Code & Architecture Review

  • Read-only repo access under NDA
  • Your engineers review code quality and design
  • Clarify integration options and roadmap fit
3
Week 5-6

Due Diligence & Legal

  • IP cleanliness review
  • License or acquisition terms drafted
  • Alignment with your compliance and risk teams
4
Week 7-8

Final Terms & Closing

  • Sign-off on commercial and legal terms
  • IP transfer / license execution
  • Knowledge transfer sessions and handover

This is a template – we can adapt it to your internal process, but the goal is always the same: a clean, low-friction acquisition with no surprises.
